Specialist energy talent acquisition group, Petroplan, has continued its global expansion in the USA with two new members joining the company’s Houston business. Shane Slough joins as a business consultant to support increased demand in the engineering sector while Chris Badeaux is a further addition to the Houston team, joining as a client development manager responsible for managing the large volume of new business opportunities and client requirements in the fast-recovering market.
Petroplan’s operations in Dallas will be looked after by Ryan Boyer, who joins the team as a business consultant, with a focus on supporting client solutions in IT. The new starters will be delivering exceptional talent to clients across Petroplan’s key disciplines including renewables, oil & gas, commercial, technology, and infrastructure
The company continues to grow and recognises the contributions of three longer standing Houston team members through their promotions. Helen Fowler assumes the role of head of compliance and operations – North America; Shannon Johnson, who recently celebrated four years with the business has been promoted to senior CMC (Contracts & Mobilisation Consultant); and Kendal Drinkwine moves into a CMC role to support Petroplan’s growing contractor base.
The senior team is also going from strength-to-strength, with Craig McConochie promoted to USA recruitment manager, and Simon Peckston moving into a senior consultant role. To accommodate recent growth, the Houston office is currently undergoing a transformative remodelling to provide a larger, more efficient workspace for the team.
Petroplan says its growth and reorganisation in the USA is further evidence of the company’s strategic shift as the business moves at pace, generating opportunities while growing revenue and global operations.
