Executive search firm Anderson Quigley appoints Heather I’anson as Partner

Executive search firm Anderson Quigley has announced the appointment of Heather I’anson as Partner to further develop the business’s health practice. Heather brings over 20 years’ experience appointing senior roles across health, housing, third sector, local and central government as well as regulatory bodies.

She now joins Anderson Quigley to continue her work specialising in the appointment of executive roles in the NHS covering acute, ambulance service, primary care, mental health, and regulatory bodies as well as national organisations and Royal Colleges.

Prior to joining Anderson Quigley, Heather led executive search in the Midlands and North for a specialist healthcare consultancy. She also founded and ran a boutique agency delivering executive search across health, third sector and local government and regulators.

Driven by making a positive impact in the health sector through diverse leadership appointments, Heather designs processes to increase the diversity of applicants on shortlists and enable all individuals to showcase their unique capabilities. She also participates in the Disabled NHS Director Network (DNDN) search and selection forum, which will help inform her work in Anderson Quigley’s health practice.

Helene Usherwood at Anderson Quigley commented on Heather’s appointment: “Heather is a fantastic addition to our team. She brings a clear passion for her work, the NHS and improving diversity and has developed some excellent networks; all of which will benefit our clients. I am looking forward to working with Heather to continue developing Anderson Quigley’s healthcare practice; securing better leaders for a better society.”
