Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA) has announced the formation of a new panel of independent industry figures to act as the final arbiter in any disputes concerning FCSA members.
The new panel, the Independent Arbitration Panel (IAP), consists of four independent appointees with an enviable background in the industry who are experts in their own fields and represent four key stakeholder groups involved in the modern contingent labour market. The IAP members are:-
• Neil Carberry, CEO REC
• James Collings, former Chair of IPSE
• Carl Reader, Chair of d&t accountants
• Rebecca Seeley Harris, re:Legal, employment lawyer
The IAP’s role is to be the final arbiter of disputes concerning FCSA members which fall within FCSA’s scope as the leading trade body in the service provider industry.
