ISV.online, the leading supplier of skills testing software and training services to recruiters and employers, has added the Microsoft Office 2019 skills tests to its comprehensive list of tests covering everything from accounting, typing, data entry through GDPR, cyber security, health & safety, driving to contact center and psychometric testing among others.
The launch of the new tests means that ISV’s recruitment agency and direct employer clients now have even more tools to allow them to compete for the best talent.
Microsoft Office 2019 tests have been designed to measure a candidate’s proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
The assessments incorporate a variety of question styles, including Multiple Choice, Drag and Drop, Consecutive Ordering, Hotspot and Video. Candidate has an option to go through some practice questions before they start the tests. Each assessment has between 25 to 40 questions and the time allowed for each of these varies from 15 to 20 minutes.
Microsoft Office is an essential tool in most office environments and is necessary for many jobs from administrative and secretarial work to sales, marketing and management. Testing candidates’ skills give recruiters as well as employers tangible data to assess a candidate’s suitability for the given role and therefore avoiding bad hiring decisions. The tests are also ideal for benchmarking existing employees to identify training gaps.

Microsoft Office 2019 tests are available now and existing ISV clients can start using them at no extra cost alongside test for previous versions of Microsoft Office such as 2016, 2013 and 2010.
