The industry leading people focused business, McGinley Group, has rebranded and today launched itself as the MCG Group. In a reflection of the business’ growth over the past decade, its fresh new look is representative of the the company’s evolution into a forward-thinking group of companies providing people focused services across five specialist sectors.
The rebrand allows the business to simplify its offering, and streamline into five specialist sectors under the following company names:
- Aviation & Aerospace with MCG International
- Primary & Secondary Healthcare with MCG Healthcare
- Construction recruitment & logistics with MCG Construction, plus acquired business First Choice Recruitment Ltd
- Education sector with Simply Education
- Interactive, digital & immersive technology sectors with Creative Personnel
Colm McGinley, CEO at the MCG Group, said: “When the company was first established back in 2009, given my own background, we had a core focus on property and construction recruitment. Our business model then led us into diversifying into different markets, then more recently growing by acquisition. This rebrand has allowed us to look back at where we started, where we are now and create a new brand to represent the group of people focussed businesses we’re taking into the future.”

Claire Knights, Group Marketing Director at the MCG Group, said: “This project has been a year in the making and I’m thrilled with the end result. It included a top-to-bottom redesign of the company’s website, logo, graphics, communications and correspondence. We designed the MCG brand motif to represent the unification of our people/recruitment offering (circle), our services (diamond) and the sector specialism (square – which is why that changes dependent on the sector the company works within on sub logos). We aim for this unification to be synonymous with our group brand.”
The Group has a number of endorsed brands, through acquisition, who already hold brand equity in their name. These businesses contain the new MCG brand principles within their logo and collateral but retain their name – Creative Personnel, First Choice Recruitment and Simply Education.
