Rick Towers and Alex Hamilton have taken promotion to managing director and associate director for tech at C4S search. Rick started with C4S a year ago and will be stepping into his new role leading and managing the businesses exciting expansion plans. Rick has over 20 years’ experience within the talent sector and proven experience in leading teams and scaling recruitment businesses.
“I’ve been privileged to witness the changes within C4S over the last year, they have been huge,” he says, “I am thrilled to be taking on the role of managing director. It’s an exciting time for us all. We have a great team with a clear vision and ambitious goals to continue on our growth trajectory.”
At the same time, Alex Hamilton has been appointed associate director for C4S’ Technology division. Alex has been a part of C4S Search for over six years, joining as a trainee and fast-tracking his career through proven success. His new appointment will see Alex continue to spearhead and grow the technology business unit, identifying niche opportunities to expand, as well as plans for more EU presence for tech.
