While Friday 29th March should have been Brexit day, TEAM had other matters on their minds as it was their annual National Networking event at Towcester. The action-packed day was attended by just under 400 members and featured over 30 workshops from respected industry commentators on a variety of recruitment and employment topics including a keynote presentation from Kevin Green.
The day also saw a number of awards being handed out to members which included:
TEAM Member of the Year. Whilst there were a number in the final shortlist, voted for by the membership, head and shoulders above them was Wagstaff Recruitment of Lichfield, Staffordshire. The award was presented and sponsored by Brabners of Manchester.
TEAM Xchange. This unique portal enables all TEAM Members to share business opportunities and fees and this year Kerry Greenland from Vantage Recruitment achieved the highest number of shared fees during 2018. Additionally, each quarter two members sharing a fee are chosen at random by our sponsor, Michelle Davies from Candidate Source. The four pairs during 2018 were finally entered into a draw and the winning duo were Barbara Robertson from Supply Chain People, Market Harborough and Sophie Jones from Personnel Placements, Salisbury who shared a cash prize.
