Pedersen & Partners has appointed Paramita Lahiri as a Principal based in New Delhi, India. Ms. Lahiri brings over 15 years of experience encompassing human resources, workforce and leadership, acquisition and development, corporate advisory, and change management. Throughout her career, she has led numerous senior-level assignments in the Technology & Digital, Healthcare, and FMCG sectors. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Lahiri served as an Associate Director with a New Delhi-headquartered Executive Search firm, using her practical knowledge of tech, digitisation, and working in an agile environment to help clients drive corporate performance.
