Alice Maltby has joined Hanson Search MENA as a Director within the firm’s Hanson Capital practice. Based in Dubai, Alice works on investor markets across the UAE and the wider Middle East, where she leads senior executive search and talent advisory assignments across private equity, asset management and institutional investment organisations. Her appointment further strengthens Hanson Capital’s position as a specialist practice supporting investment-led organisations with senior financial, investment and investor relations leadership.

In doing so, she provides strategic regional insight alongside access to high-calibre local and international talent. Additionally, she partners with founders, boards and senior leadership teams to build investment, investor relations, fundraising and portfolio value creation capabilities. Through this work, she supports clients during critical phases of capital deployment, fund formation and regional growth. Alice brings an understanding of the international investment landscape. This has been shaped by nine years within leading private equity firms.
