Carrington West has announced the restructuring of its leadership team following changes made at Board level in January 2024. Effective immediately, Amanda Ansell, Head of Marketing, Emily Christmas, HR Manager, Keely Wakeling, Finance Manager and Ella Razzell, Compliance & Business Support Manager will join Board member James Fernandes, MD, Simon Gardiner, Director, Blayne Cahill, Director and Gavin Hill, Finance Director in the senior leadership team.
The move comes at a time when the Board is investing heavily into the infrastructure of the company to facilitate ambitious organic growth over the next five years.
