Ocho, the Belfast-based tech led recruitment team, is excited to announce several major milestones that mark its growth and commitment to revolutionising the recruitment industry.
Since its launch in January, Ocho has grown its team to seven members, including the recent additions of Brendan, Colin, Naomi and Kamila. The team brings a wealth of technology recruitment experience and is led by Phil Gamble, Ryan Quinn, and Aaron Somers, who have nearly 50 years of combined experience in technology and recruitment. Ocho has also expanded its operations to mainland Europe and USA recruiting teams in Portugal and New York, securing a diverse range of clients and projects.
Always adapting to the needs of the market, Director Aaron Somers will now specialise in growing the company’s contract recruitment offering. Aaron takes on the role of Head of Contract Recruitment, aiming to replicate the success he had at tech specialist, Neueda. He plans to bring similar success to Ocho in both Northern Ireland and the UK.
Finally, Ocho launched their brand new website, designed to offer an enhanced user experience. The tech-powered site allows job-seekers to take control of their job search, with 100s of the latest tech roles to browse, easy application and CV upload. Businesses also benefit from a streamlined recruitment process, backed by a team of seasoned experts and the latest industry insights.
