RPO and MSP specialist, Page Outsourcing, announces the appointment of Michael Goodwin as General Counsel.
Goodwin joins the rapidly expanding outsourcing arm of global recruiter, PageGroup, from his role as Senior Legal Counsel at integrated security company, G4S, where he was responsible for the Care and Justice Services Division, Employment Support Services and Health Services Divisions in the UK.
As a commercial lawyer with over 11 years’ experience in outsourcing and extensive knowledge of bidding, tendering, and negotiating deal structures, his role at Page Outsourcing will be to match legal support to the growing demands of the business. A key focus will be guiding the business as it expands and develops across multiple countries and jurisdictions, including hiring cross territory with multi contractual obligations.
