Pedersen & Partners have announced the opening of its 31st office in Europe, located in Stockholm, Sweden. The Swedish subsidiary “PP Sweden AB” is 100% owned by the Pedersen & Partners’ international holding firm “Pedersen & Partners Netherlands B.V.” The opening of the new Pedersen & Partners office in Sweden marks a milestone in the firm’s strategy of establishing a strong presence in mature markets to ensure proximity to clients and candidates.
The new Swedish office is headed by Ronny Andersson, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of international experience in Executive Search and strategic HR consulting, primarily within the Industrial and Consumer Goods Practice Groups. The Executive Search consultants on the Nordic team include Client Partner Sandrine Karlsson Peraldi and Principals Jonas Bengtsson, Marie Grondahl, Robert Nash, and Inge Sorensen. This team brings a range of skills and expertise to cover the fields of Executive Search, Management Consulting, Strategic Corporate Advisory, Employee Engagement, Human Resources Consulting, and Succession Planning, across a wide range of industries including Consumer & Retail, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Industrial, Technology, Public, NGO, Engineering, Energy, Franchising, Financial Services, and Private Equity.
