The hire comes as the company reported record revenues for 2021 with further growth expected over the course of the next 12 months. This is being driven by the significant expansion within the US tech sector, as well as continued progress in the UK and Germany.
Previously Head of Learning and Development at G2 Recruitment, Megan joins the London headquartered develop team with a decade of learning and development experience in hypergrowth businesses. Formerly working in agencies that have doubled in headcount or revenue, Megan’s experience, and expertise will be an invaluable asset to the develop team.
Past roles for Megan have involved implementing new training plans, taking ownership of the development of all consultants, and evaluating the impact; Megan will be setting the strategy for the learning and development of the sales teams imparting knowledge and experience to the team. With a proven record of reducing the time taken for junior consultants to successfully place candidates, develop can’t wait to see the influence she has on the team.
