Sphere Digital Recruitment has won four awards at the 2022 Best Company awards: including Best Recruitment Agency in the UK, Best Small Company in the UK, Best Small Company in London, and special recognition of the company’s CEO and Founder, Ed Steer, who won Best Small Company Leader in the UK.
The event, hosted by TV presenter, Dan Walker, was streamed live and the company’s team were invited to Battersea for the in-person awards show. In a year where businesses are concerned about cost-of-living crisis, how to maintain culture and energy, and the importance of employer brand and people management in a remote world, Sphere Digital Recruitment was proud to have won these awards.
