River Partnership and Stratagem Global Recruitment set to merge.

River Partnership and Singapore-based search consultancy Stratagem Global Recruitment are set to merge. Based in Singapore the companies will use the arrangement to expand their reach across the Asia Pacific region and increase their offering in the digital, strategy and risk sectors.

“River Partnership’s global business is growing exponentially in Asia with more and more clients requiring our specialised executive search skills in tech, financial services and consulting,” said Jamie Stokes, River Partnership Partner. “We’ve been flying in and operating in the region for ten years and Stratagem’s managing director, Nick Frank and I have worked together on mandates in Japan, Singapore and Korea over the years and our businesses have strong synergies. When the opportunity arose to merge the two operations we knew it made sense. A Singapore-London based collaborative approach not only extends our reach in both offering and local networks, but cements our global proposition in that growing region.”

Stratagem specialise in financial markets for the Asia region, executing searches for experienced professionals at VP, director and managing director levels.
