Rutherford Cross has expanded with the appointment of highly experienced senior finance recruitment specialist Donna Galbraith.
Donna joins the finance search and selection firm – part of the employee-owned Livingston James Group – as a director following nearly 25 years with Hays. She was part of the FTSE 250 recruiter’s leadership team in Scotland, with a strategic focus on permanent appointments.
Based in Rutherford Cross’s Glasgow office, with a remit across Scotland, Donna brings with her a wealth of expertise in placing qualified finance professionals into senior leadership roles, including board-level finance director appointments. She will provide support to the firm’s permanent appointments business, led by Hazel Wynn.
Donna’s extensive market knowledge and long-standing relationships further strengthen Rutherford Cross’ position as a leading adviser in senior finance recruitment.
Despite the macroeconomic and geopolitical challenges of 2026 so far, Rutherford Cross has had a very positive start to the year, managing a number of financial leadership roles with in-demand skillsets covering areas such as FP&A, commercial business partnering, and data analytics – an encouraging number of which have also been newly created.
