Socially Recruited Scores

Inaugural 2024 Fosway Grid recognises platform

The AI powered recruitment platform Socially Recruited has been named in the prestigious 2024 Fosway 9-Grid™ for Talent Acquisition, a rigorously selected shortlist designed to help organisations compare solutions and providers in the talent acquisition market.

The assessment is produced by leading European HR analysts Fosway Group and is based on its independent research into the HR, talent and learning market. Socially Recruited features for the first time and has been categorised as a “core challenger” in recognition of its ability to streamline hiring processes and empower candidates, as well as its potential for having a major, disruptive impact on the market.

Providers are assessed on performance, potential, presence, total cost of ownership and trajectory, before being assigned an exact placing in one of nine zones. The purpose of Fosway Group’s research is to provide corporate organisations with valuable insights into the array of HR software available to help them make better recruitment and investment decisions.

“Recruiting top talent is more challenging than ever, with traditional methods often missing out on candidates because an organisation’s chosen platform doesn’t leverage all the available data effectively,” said David Wilson, CEO and founder of Fosway Group. “Socially Recruited uses AI-powered data analysis to give their clients an edge in the market and congratulations to them on being named a Core Challenger this year.”

Ben Keighley, founder of Socially Recruited, comments: “This is a momentous occasion for us as a business as it positions us alongside the most exciting and forward-thinking vendors in the market. We have built a strong and unique offering that is valued by employers and that enhances the candidate experience through improved choice and convenience.

“We are delighted that our ability to transform talent acquisition practices has been recognised by Fosway Group, in addition to our potential as market disruptors,” he added. “We are still relatively early on in Socially Recruited’s lifecycle and we are fully committed to growing and enhancing our proposition with a view to supporting more corporate organisations with their recruitment activity.
