Founded in 2012 in the UK, Searchability set out to disrupt the traditional recruitment market and do things a little differently to help companies attract the very best tech talent. Following international expansion across Europe and USA in 2020, Searchability set their sights down under expanding into Australia, and in October 2023, were thrilled to announce the grand opening of its new Sydney office, marking an exciting milestone in the company’s journey.
Kate Donoghue, Searchability Australia’s Head of HR and Operations shared an insight into the motivation to expand:

We’ve been able to partner with some of the largest independent Agencies in Australia working through tailored growth plans and devising strategies to attract UK talent to Australia using our strong UK network. There’s a huge appetite for clients to hire overseas candidate and we’re lucky enough to be a part of that process.”
The new office, located at Margaret Street, Sydney boasts is just a 5-minute walk from The Rocks and boasts amazing City views and amenities for the Searchability team.
