The Life Audit is a simple but powerful tool designed to help you assess how well you’re nurturing each major aspect of your life. It goes beyond the basics of health or practical concerns, inviting you to reflect on your relationships, your energy and your connection with yourself.


How to use the Life Audit Wheel

  1. Mark a point on each section of the wheel that represents your current level of satisfaction – the centre meaning not happy at all and the outer edge meaning it couldn’t be any better.

  2. Connect the points to create a line or curve, this gives you a visual snapshot of balance in your life.

  3. Reflect on what your completed wheel reveals. What stands out? What surprises you?

  4. Choose one area to focus on and identify a small, meaningful action to improve it.

  5. Consider what resources or support you might need and who could help.

  6. Set a clear date to complete your action.
