Tiger Expands

Tiger Recruitment has expanded its service offering with the launch of a new finance and accounting division. Headed up by seasoned recruitment consultant Beverley Barbarash, the division will source finance and accounting talent at all levels for employers across London, the UK and around the world. The launch follows Tiger’s introduction of a specialist HR division in 2020 and complements the consultancy’s capabilities in business support, technology, hospitality and private recruitment.

Under Beverley’s direction, Tiger Finance will recruit temporary, contract and permanent finance professionals at all levels of seniority, from accounts payable to CFO, for companies of all sizes. The team will operate out of London and collaborate closely with Tiger’s offices in New York and Dubai to meet clients’ global staffing requirements.

Tiger Recruitment CEO David Morel said, “Tiger’s finance and accounting division is a natural extension of our offering. We’ve been providing leading employers, from blue chips and banks to SMEs and accountancy firms, with quality financial administration staff for many years. And now we can support even more of their finance recruitment needs.

“This is a capability our clients have been asking for, so it’s fantastic that we’ve found the right individual to help grow this area of our business and meet their demands.”

“I’m excited to be joining a business that shares my passion for exceptional customer service, which is more important than ever in today’s market,” said Beverley Barbarash. “While hiring activity is picking up, there’s still a shortage of quality talent, and candidates are more discerning than ever. I look forward to helping Tiger’s clients navigate the challenges and matching them with the right talent for their business.”
