Aureol Global Connections has reported a total compounded growth of 1022 per cent since it was founded in November 2022. The firm grew by 120 per cent in year one of trading, 200 per cent in year two of trading and is on track for 70 per cent growth in year three. During this time, the organisation’s employee count has increased by 300 per cent in the UK and Ireland and Aureol has successfully placed 2200 candidates into roles in construction, manufacturing and engineering with plans to place another 1700 in 2025.
With offices in the UK and Ireland, Aureol Global Connections specialises in supplying high-volume skilled craft labour and engineering professionals from the Philippines and Middle East into industries across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
In June this year the company launched Aureol Global Healthcare to deliver responsive workforce solutions to the healthcare sector across the UK, Ireland and international markets.
