UKG, a global AI platform that unifies HR, pay, and workforce management, has strengthened its position as a Workforce Operating Platform for frontline-focused organisations through the strategic acquisition of UK-based technology innovator Mo.
Founded in London in 2013, Mo developed an award-winning culture-building platform that makes often unseen work visible, helping organisations celebrate achievements, recognise frontline worker contributions, and improve team morale. Its customers include brands such as Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Ocado Retail, and OVO Energy. With this acquisition, Mo’s innovative employee rewards and recognition technology is being integrated into UKG Beacon, an intelligent and data-driven employee engagement platform designed specifically for small- to mid-sized businesses.

The acquisition follows Mo’s participation in UKG Labs, an accelerator programme that connects UKG customers with early-stage start-ups and supports UKG’s vision for human-centred innovations that amplify the moments that matter most, helping to create great workplace cultures.
