Venquis has acquired E-resourcing, a specialist IT resourcing business operating across the UK and Belgium, forming Venquis Group. The move creates a £45m EMEA staffing solutions platform that brings together Venquis, E-resourcing and VQ-5 under a shared group structure.
Venquis and E-resourcing will continue to operate under their existing brands, maintaining their market focus, client relationships and delivery models, while being supported at the group level alongside VQ-5, the group’s specialist delivery business.
The acquisition brings together complementary businesses across specialist staffing, fulfilment and delivery, strengthening capability across the group and expanding its reach across key European markets. This broader platform enables more joined-up support for clients navigating complex technology and change programmes.

The deal results in a business with a combined annual revenue of c. £45m (€51m) with more than 280 contractors on assignment, over 120 permanent placements a year and a staff of more than 60 people.
