KR8 Advisory has successfully secured the future of Venturi, a global tech recruitment firm with operations in the UK (Manchester), US and Germany. With historical revenues in excess of £40m globally, the sale allows approximately 40 staff and 200 contractors to continue to grow the business across its global operations.
Venturi has deep expertise across high-demand verticals such as data, analytics, ERP, CRM and software engineering, and boasts a portfolio of long-standing client relationships, including several blue-chip global brands.
On May 13 2025, after a thorough marketing process, Mike Lennon and Jimmy Saunders of KR8 Advisory successfully sold the Group’s business and assets to Org Group, a global organisational engineering firm which owns the Morgan McKinley brand. Although the business had navigated the Covid-19 pandemic, recent market challenges as well as a change in key personnel had led to a reduction in revenues, meaning the central UK business was unsustainable in its current form despite management’s best efforts to realign the overhead base.
