“We’re incredibly humbled to have been awarded ‘Best Small Recruitment Business’ by the Global Recruiter UK Awards 2021,” said a spokesperson from VIQU. “We’re very pleased that the judges recognised our team’s hard work and perseverance during the global pandemic. 2020 was not an easy year for anyone, but we’re proud to say that we came together as a team and supported the NHS at a time when their IT departments were under severe pressure and needed assistance.
Elsewhere, NES Fircroft said they were thrilled to win the award for Best Large Recruitment business 2021. “The last year has been challenging for us all, but NES Fircroft continued to grow and diversify throughout the pandemic, supporting our contractors and clients when they needed us most,” they said. “This award is testament to the work our teams do around the world every day, to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding service and compliant workforce solutions, even in the most testing of times.”
“After the rollercoaster ride of the last 18 months, it feels absolutely amazing to have won Global Recruiter’s Best Medium Recruitment Company,” said Zoe Brent, strategic planning & implementation director, Gravitas. “Everyone at Gravitas has worked extremely hard, under such difficult circumstances, to adapt and overcome the challenges presented, supporting each other and our wider communities along the way. It really has been a team effort of epic proportions and I am so proud of what we have collectively achieved.”
Finally, Searchability celebrated their success as Best Employer Brand: “At Searchability we have been working hard to shape our employer brand from the inside out, listening to our people, adapting and creating an environment and proposition that our people genuinely thrive within,” they said. “Our success as an agency is driven 100 per cent by our people, so prioritising employer brand within the business has not only helped us to attract and engage great people, but also has a direct impact on our bottom line too. We could not be happier to be recognised in our first ever Global Recruiter Award in this category, and we are very much looking forward to celebrating with our team back in Chester!”
