Nick Homer joins Chapter 2 as Managing Partner, Employer Brand

Nick Homer has joined disruptive recruitment and talent solutions provider, Chapter 2, as Managing Partner, Employer Brand. He joins with over twenty years of experience, bringing a wealth of expertise from both specialist employer brand agencies and prominent in-house roles, and is poised to elevate Chapter 2’s offerings and challenge the status quo in employer branding.

Homer’s career spans the evolution of the recruitment marketing and employer brand landscape. In the first half of his career, he led award-winning teams at specialist agencies ThirtyThree and Tonic, garnering accolades such as RAD Awards, RMAs and CIPD awards for his work with clients including McDonald’s, the Met Police, PwC, EDF Energy, Rolls Royce, and Vodafone. His in-house experience includes significant roles at Wayfair and Bumble, further solidifying his understanding of effective employer brand strategies.

In his new role at Chapter 2, Homer will be instrumental in building out the agency’s Employer Brand as a service offering for clients. He’ll focus on helping them craft compelling employer brand stories to gain an edge in talent attraction, ultimately enhancing Chapter 2’s reputation as an exceptional talent partner and as the only RPO that offers employer brand inclusive of its proposition.
