Advantage xPO receives recognition.

The workforce solutions division of Staffmark Group – Advantage xPO – has been ranked in HRO Today’s 2019 Baker’s Dozen for overall customer satisfaction for Midsize Deal RPO. Midsize Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programmes are designed for organisations hiring between 500 and 1,000 employees annually.

“We are excited to receive this recognition,” said Joshua Smith, senior vice president of Advantage xPO. “Results like this, based on feedback from our client’s, are extremely satisfying for our entire team.”

The annual HRO Today Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on customer satisfaction survey feedback from buyers of RPO services. RPO providers were rated on three dimensions – quality of service, breadth of service, and size of the deal – by the magazine’s proprietary ranking algorithm.

Earlier in 2019, Advantage xPO was named to HRO Today Baker’s Dozen for Managed Service Providers (MSP) for the 10th consecutive year.
