Understanding Recruitment Group is delighted to have surpassed the milestone of 100 employees across its UK headquarters in St. Albans, UK, and its US office (Acceler8 Talent) in Boston, US, as it positions itself as the leading recruiter within the specialist tech markets.
In July, Understanding Recruitment surpassed the landmark of 100 employees in the UK and US, as it continues to go from strength to strength as the recruitment partner to leading tech companies within specialist technologies, including, Java, DevOps, Python, JavaScript, AI & Machine Learning and other sectors, including most recently the launch of Understanding Solutions, their consulting practice.

As the group approaches its 15th year in business, 2022 has been a year of significant growth for Understanding Recruitment, surpassing its highest billing month in the company’s history every single month, its US team Acceler8 Talent firmly establishing itself in niche tech markets including Hardware Acceleration and Quantum Computing, and it’s now boasting one of the largest Java and DevOps recruitment teams in the UK at 14 and 11 specialists respectively.

This year, Understanding Recruitment’s growing UK team ranked in the top six for ‘Best Small Companies to Work For in the UK’ in Q1 ‘Best Companies’ survey, in addition to being in the top seven rankings with ‘Best Recruitment Companies to Work For’ and ‘Best Companies to Work For – East of England’ rankings.
