Cripps promoted to brand director at Cordant People.

Brand receives support as business expands.

Cordant People, part of Cordant Group, has appointed Dana Cripps to the position of brand director as the company embarks on the next stage of its growth. Within her new role, Cripps will be tasked with overseeing the company’s marketing and brand development function, which also includes Contact Centre, Cordant Engineering and Cordant People IE.

Cripps has been at Cordant People for almost five years, initially joining as the personal assistant to the managing director, before later becoming brand manager. She previously held positions at Johnston Press, Virgin Media Business, and News Group International. She has substantial experience developing and implementing marketing, advertising and communications strategies, whilst boasting a successful track record of delivering engaging creative content.

Kelly Kendall, managing director at Cordant People, said: “There are not many people that understand our business as well as Dana and therefore she is the perfect candidate to help shape our brand and marketing proposition for the years to come.
