Rowan brings more than 14 years of global experience in the mining and natural resources sector, with a particular focus on leadership appointments in operational, technical and investment areas across the Americas, Europe and Africa.

With deep international experience spanning the Americas, Europe and Africa, Rowan has delivered complex leadership mandates for mining majors, mid-tier producers and private equity-backed ventures.
He is also actively engaged in industry development, serving on the HRD Committee with the PDAC (Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada), and regularly contributing to thought leadership and panel discussions on the future of mining leadership.
