Harnham Growth

Harnham, the global leader in Data & Analytics recruitment, based across the UK, EU and US has announced its acquisition of three international offices. The company adds Arizona to its portfolio as well as much larger San Francisco and Berlin premises. These additional workplaces for Harnham align with the growing demand for Data & Analytics talent across the globe as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Healthcare, finance, manufacturing and retail are all key examples of spaces internationally that have, or are planning to, exponentially invest in Data & Analytics technologies and tools. Germany’s Data Centre Market alone predicts to see a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 2.35 per cent between 2021 and 2026, with IoT spending looking likely to exceed $45bn.

Harnham, which holds clients across the FTSE100, globally known digital networks and high street banks, not only welcomes these new offices as part of a significant strategy plan to answer to demand, but also to set itself up for future growth plans. Since 2018, the company has more than doubled in size. The new offices not only allow for the current additional numbers but also allow the company to fulfil its plans to at least double again within the next five years.

“It’s an exciting time for the company,” confirmed David Farmer, CEO of Harnham. “While the job market certainly slowed at the start of the pandemic, the opposite can be said for this year and, hopefully, beyond.

“The value of Data & Analytics within all industries has been widely recognised and since the start of this year, we have been incredibly busy. By opening new and improved offices in San Francisco, Arizona and Berlin, we are continuing to place ourselves on the map as the Data & Analytics recruiter of choice in three of the most prestigious tech hubs across the globe.

“As many people have said, through adversity comes opportunity, and despite the turbulent nature of the past 18 months, it has been extremely encouraging to see Harnham go from strength to strength. The next few years look to be prosperous for us and the industry, and this international expansion marks the beginning of a new, thrilling chapter,” Farmer concluded.
