TEAM is reporting significant change across the sector in the last year resulting in increased engagement, job sharing and collaboration and connectivity.
To keepsake with this change the organisation’s new membership features include the TEAM Podcast, Community Hub, the new website – www.theteamnetwork.co.uk and the development of a Learning and Development Programme. An App is set to be launched very soon. TEAM Xchange, the organisation’s online split fee portal has seen over £500,000 worth of fees shared this year so far
With the expansion of the Regions and Sectors services TEAM have also created new specialist groups including Construction and Financial Services and appointed two new Regional and Divisional Directors, who now join the TEAM National Executive.
John Docherty of ATP Technical has been appointed as the South Central Regional Director. John brings years of recruitment knowledge and experience with him to the role, in particular in the Engineering, Science, IT and Software sectors.
“I am delighted to join TEAM as a Regional Director and look forward to sharing my recruitment knowledge with a huge range of independent recruitment agencies,” said Doherty. “I am confident I can add value to their already impressive range of support services such as training, legal advice and advanced recruitment techniques.”
Elsewhere, Sadie Weston of Employ Recruitment has been appointed as the Driving Divisional Director for TEAM. Sadie founded Employ Recruitment back in 2005 and is passionate about the industry and compliance in the driving sector in particular.
Sadie commented on her appointment: “I am delighted to take the role, especially at a pivotal time for recruitment businesses, given the skill shortages we see in logistics. In particular, I look forward to collaborating with fellow driving recruiters to share best practise and standardising commercial arrangements.”
