Martin Delahoyde has been appointed as recruitment director at Heat Recruitment. The move will enable Delahoyde to bring his expertise across all five of the agency’s specialist divisions with a focus on innovating internal processes and accelerating the team’s ambitious growth plans for the year ahead. Based in Manchester, Delahoyde will be overseeing the progress of the business’ remote working teams and increasing Heat’s presence in the North and Scotland.
Delahoyde has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, having started his professional career within the financial services sector before moving into recruitment within the sector. His career includes over 13 years as group managing director at REED, as well as running his own company and managing professional services businesses with headcount numbers up to 850.
