Forsyth Barnes have appointed Dominic Morton as managing director – London where he will be leading the company’s office expansion. Having joined the company after 12 years at Hays Morton is bringing a huge amount of knowledge and experience to this role.

Dominic will be building a management team and office to 150 people in London alone. The appointment represents the next phase of the business’ growth, as the company implements its strategy and organisational structure, delivering on it promise to create FB Millionaires through our Equity Programme.

Meanwhile, Pedersen & Partners has welcomed Tammy Hawkins on board as Client Partner, Head of Western United States and Head of Technology & Digital – North America. Based in Los Angeles, California Ms. Hawkins has over 25 years of search experience focusing on partnering with clients to build and transform their leadership teams within the technology sector.

Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Hawkins was Vice President & Managing Director for a US-based Technology search firm, completing strategic senior leadership searches in general management, finance, operations, and engineering functions within the technology sector. Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Hawkins clients included Fortune 500 companies, small to mid-cap public corporations, P/E firms and P/E portfolio companies, VC-backed start-ups, and growing mid-market organisations.

Finally, executive search firm Anderson Quigley have announced Samantha Bryan-Ross has joined the business as a consultant working within the Higher Education team.

Samantha has several years’ experience in Public Sector executive search, specialising in Higher Education and Life Sciences. After graduating from Coventry University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Law, she joined a specialist firm owned by the University of Warwick, followed by a move to a boutique firm where she developed a Higher Education desk running end-to-end processes for permanent appointments in the sector, as well as supporting on CEO appointments across wider sectors.

Commenting on Samantha’s arrival, Managing Partner at Anderson Quigley Ed Pritchard said: “Samantha is a wonderful addition to our team and we are so pleased to have her join. Her experience both within the education sector and across wider markets will be hugely valued and we look forward to supporting Samantha to develop her career with us.”
