As co-managing directors, Chris and Rohan will work alongside the existing director team of Toby Thwaites, Andrew Rogers, and Caroline Waylen to expand the company’s offerings and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients. Their deep understanding of the business and its values will guide Futureheads into the next exciting phase of its journey.

As the company welcomes new leadership, it bids farewell to Nathan Callaghan, who has played an integral role in shaping Futureheads’ story over the past 10 years. Nathan’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving the growth and success of the company.
