Niche IT recruitment firm Frank Recruitment Group has announced the next stage of its global expansion strategy, with a workspace in Munich joining the long list of office locations the business has recently opened. Frank Recruitment Group’s Munich office is located at Herzogspitalstraße 24, 80331, close to local amenities and surrounded by countless cultural attractions, entertainment options, and excellent transport links. The historic Karlsplatz is a short walk away, a popular spot in the city with a fountain and underground shopping arcade.
Two of the company’s brands will operate out of the Munich office, with a focus on recruiting for cloud technologies. Jefferson Frank and Nigel Frank International will provide recruiting services for Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, respectively.
“We started out with three people working out of a single office in Newcastle. Fast forward to today, and we’re a global leader in the industry, about to open our 18th office, with nine brands and over 1,900 employees,” said James Lloyd-Townshend, CEO and chairman of Frank Recruitment Group. “The continued growth and success of the company is a testament to the hard work and dedication of every one of our employees, past and present. It’s a proud moment for everyone.”
After its first expansion into the US in 2010, the firm continued to grow its international presence to Singapore and Australia while opening additional North American offices in San Francisco, Dallas, and Tampa. Over the last 13 years, Frank Recruitment Group has amassed a suite of industry awards including the Capgemini Diversity Award, FOCUS Magazine Berlin’s Top recruitment agency 2018, Fast Track 100, International Track 200, Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250, and The Financial Times Future 100.
The firm has heavily invested in its workforce and global reach over the last year, with a focus on professional development, technology, marketing and support, and strategic expansion across Europe and North America.
“Our growth strategy yielded incredible sustained growth last year, and we’re anticipating even more development throughout 2019,” said Zoe Morris, president at Frank Recruitment Group. “Over the last 12 months, we’ve worked tirelessly to increase our presence across Europe and the US. We’re set to move into a larger office space in London, we’re opening an office in Munich, and we’re looking at further opportunities in the Asian & US market.”
