International legal practice Osborne Clarke has grown its international team of staffing industry specialists with the appointment of new partner Anna Elliott. Previously based in Sydney as a Partner at Squire Patton Boggs, Anna is a dual-qualified specialist employment lawyer with a focus on the recruitment and staffing sector. With more than 14 years of experience she has advised several major staffing companies on a range of strategic, public policy and employment issues both in Australia and across Asia Pacific.
Whilst Anna’s experience covers a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, her particular expertise includes employment litigation, post-termination restraints, senior executive hires and dismissals, employment aspects of corporate transactions, restructures and managing cross-border employment projects across Asia Pacific.
“I look forward to working closely with the team to build further opportunities and leverage my industry experience both locally and internationally. I’ve spent a number of years in Asia Pacific and plan to bring this experience to bear supporting European business that want to expand in Asia Pacific and equally working closely with our local teams to support in-market businesses,” said Anna.

The firm has advised major US, UK, Japanese and European staffing companies on 20 staffing, MSP and RPO projects involving 45 countries in the last three years.
