People Group Services gains place on MSTAR3 Framework for Talent Pool Technology.
Tech solution for the public sector.
Fintech company People Group Services (“People”) has been awarded a place on the ESPO MSTAR3 Framework for Managed Services Provision to the public sector. The Framework makes it easier and more cost efficient for public sector organisations to partner with suppliers that conform to the highest standards of quality and value. To be awarded, People went through a rigorous process which assessed stability, expertise, technical capability and track record.
People is on the new Lot 3 for the provision of Talent Pool Technology with its fully integrated, end-to-end solution which helps employers attract, pre-screen, deploy, manage and pay contingent workers directly.
“As contingent work becomes more popular, simplifying and optimising the processes that attract, engage and manage workers is becoming increasingly important.” comments David Stone, head of digital services at People. “Our integrated services digitise the entire process from source to pay.”
People’s solution combines technology and workforce management expertise to enhance the process. From digital vetting to compliance and payroll, every element has been rebuilt and optimised from the ground up. All delivered through one seamless, end-to-end, experience.
“Technology has transformed how we organise our lives. But the processes that manage getting a contract, starting work and getting paid haven’t evolved.” says Stone “So that’s our mission. To use technology and expertise to transform the contingent work process. To make it easier for everyone to get on with work. For the public sector, where contingent workers are so important, it’ll make a big difference.”
The new MSTAR3 Framework was launched on 11th April.
