Robert Walters has appointed Jenny Fulton as Managing Director, Asia Pacific – Outsourcing. Jenny will be responsible for Robert Walters’ outsourcing operations and growth in the Asia Pacific region.
This appointment comes after predecessor Hazel Lancashire was appointed to newly created global role, Managing Director of Global Client Success – Outsourcing. Both appointments are in line with Robert Walters’s vision of being the world’s most trusted talent solutions business and focus on continuing to grow a world-class outsourcing service, where customers are at the heart.
Jenny has spent over 15 years in recruitment, shaping workforce strategies across Asia Pacific. She joined Robert Walters in 2016, initially in Hong Kong, before relocating to Singapore in 2017. Before being appointed Managing Director in Asia Pacific, she excelled in various Operations and Client Services roles, most recently as Operations Director for 3 years, overseeing the retention and expansion of Robert Walters’ Outsourcing account portfolio across the region.
Her expertise spans both mature and emerging markets, giving her a deep understanding of Asia Pacific’s evolving talent landscape. She has led recruitment teams across agency and onsite models, with a strong focus on recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and non-permanent volume hiring. Jenny has helped organisations redefine their workforce strategies, ensuring they have agile, scalable talent solutions to support long-term growth.
