Davidson have signed an MOU with the New Zealand arm of international recruitment firm Cobalt Recruitment to reciprocally provide candidates and clients throughout Australia and New Zealand with broader access to each of these markets.
Stephen Veness, group manager, projects and operations with Davidson, said the partnership allows both Davidson and Cobalt the opportunity to expand and access international markets, value-adding to the work both established organisations are able to accomplish for their valued clients and candidates alike.
While both organisations will now be able to share resources to better service their competitive markets, the partnership will prove to be particularly beneficial for candidates and clients working in key areas such as engineering, property, construction and infrastructure.
“We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane servicing a national market where we have established an exceptionally strong footprint,” Veness said. “Under this agreement, the clients and candidates of both Davidson and Cobalt will now have access to opportunities on both sides of the Tasman; opportunities they may not have previously known existed.
