The Cook Investment Group, a specialist in medical recruitment, has announced a major talent acquisition programme in tandem with its move to new offices at Clarendon House, Wymbush, Milton Keynes. The Group’s core agencies, including National Locums and Locum People, are seeking to recruit 40 more recruitment consultants, underlining the business’s rapid growth.
This growth has spurred a move to the new 10,000 sq ft offices, which feature an airy, open-plan sales floor, fully equipped fitness suite, games room, cafe – and even a pub.
“As a family business, we’ve always placed great store on providing our people with top-class working conditions and industry-leading remuneration packages,” says Cook Investment Group director Glenn Cook. “We’re now launching a major recruitment drive, aiming to bring in 20 new consultants before Christmas, and a further 20 in the New Year. This will bring our total staffing up to 130, quadrupling the team over the past five years.”
Cook Investment Group agencies are registered on 15 frameworks (preferred supplier agreements) with the NHS and independent groups, supplying doctors, nurses and allied healthcare professionals to more than 200 hospitals nationwide.
