Jasmit Kalra has joined Fawkes & Reece as group operations director. Known more commonly as Kal, he joins Fawkes & Reece with an aim to utilise his experience within the business’ growth strategy. Previously operations director at Randstad, Kal spent the last 24 years playing a pivotal role in the company’s success and lead them to become a UK market leader within the construction, property and engineering sectors.
Commenting on his new position, Kal said: “I was sad to leave behind a business that has played such a huge part of my life, but the opportunity to work for a privately-owned company, with real ambition and a great reputation was something that excited me a great deal. Fawkes & Reece have a vision to build the business by investing in its people and there’s a very modern and dynamic feel within the company.”
Fawkes & Reece are a market leader within the white-collar, building and residential sector with ambitious plans to grow their rail, FM, maintenance and building divisions further.
