The Association of Recruitment Marketing Agencies (AoRMA) has officially launched, bringing together the UK’s leading recruitment marketing specialists to drive higher industry standards, greater collaboration, and increased credibility.
Founded by six respected industry leaders – Chris Cranshaw (Halt), Christina Robinson (Green Umbrella), Haydn Morgans (Revolv), James Whitelock (ThinkinCircles), Neil Rudolph (RedKnows), and Robert Woodford (The Marketing Junction) – AoRMA represents over 150 years of combined expertise in building and scaling some of the most respected recruitment marketing agencies.
AoRMA has been created to mark what it sees as a turning point for the sector, uniting agency owners in a shared commitment to excellence. By prioritising collaboration over competition, the association aims to enable members to share knowledge, establish best practices, and strengthen trust with clients. At a time when recruitment marketing is evolving rapidly, AoRMA will provide a dedicated space for agency leaders to support each other, solve industry challenges, and raise professional standards.
The association has launched with a clear framework for improving industry practice, underpinned by a comprehensive code of conduct that sets high expectations for service delivery. It also offers a peer support network where agency owners and ‘solopreneurs’ can exchange insights, access industry-leading knowledge, and contribute to the ongoing professional development of the sector. Members benefit from exclusive access to a curated network of trusted business support providers, offering expert guidance across legal, accounting, HR, and technology domains. This comprehensive support ecosystem ensures agency owners can access professional advice and best practices crucial for sustainable business growth. By working together, members of AoRMA will help shape the future of recruitment marketing, ensuring the industry continues to grow with integrity and expertise.
AoRMA membership is free and open to agencies and solopreneurs who sign the association’s charter and pass a basic vetting process. By joining, members demonstrate their commitment to ethical, high-quality recruitment marketing, reinforcing their credibility and providing clients with greater assurance.
