Hays is 'great place' to work.

Great Place to Work has named Hays as one of the ‘Best Companies to Work For® in Greater China’. The company is one of 36 who made it to the list. The survey was applied to more than 150 companies with more than 225,000 employees in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan and sought to asses employees’ perceptions of leadership, organisational culture and trust.

In the Trust Index© Survey to employees the company generated an average score of 88 per cent for Greater China.

The objective of publishing the list is to acknowledge organisations and Great Workplaces from diverse industries and sizes that deliver and establish great culture among the colleagues and associates, so as to sustain and enhance the competitive edge of the region.

To be considered eligible for the Best Companies to Work For in Greater China List, companies must score at least 70 per cent in the overall result of the Trust Index© employee survey and Culture Audit© assessment.
