Recruitment giants announce apprenticeship success with Skillsfirst Assess.

Skillsfirst Assess the UK’s leading assessment provider, is delighted to have carried out the first Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Resourcer end-point assessments (EPA) in partnership with two of the country’s leading recruitment organisations; Randstad UK and REED Specialist Recruitment. As a result, the two organisations are the first in England to see their apprentices complete the new Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Resourcer apprenticeship standards.

“We are delighted to be working with two of the UK’s largest recruitment partners, to deliver a genuine ‘first’ to market for apprenticeships and EPA in this sector,” said Fraser Ingham, sales and marketing director at Skillsfirst Assess. “Everyone involved in the delivery of this project has worked incredibly hard and the first results speak for themselves.”

The EPA (end-point assessment) is the final step for an apprentice, following an extensive period of on-programme learning, during which they must demonstrate that they have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to work in their chosen job role.
