Aaron McIntosh has been appointed as the new general manager for Bullhorn’s Asia Pacific (APAC) region. In his role, McIntosh is responsible for leading the company’s regional growth, with his primary focus on business development, including building the company’s customer base and overseeing operations in the Sydney office. As Bullhorn continues to expand its presence in the region, McIntosh will continue to ensure that collaboration within the company’s network of clients and partners remains strong.
McIntosh has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Computing) with Honours from Monash University in Melbourne and more than 20 years of experience working in various roles within the technology industry. Before joining Bullhorn, he spent 15 years at Honeywell, fulfilling important roles in engineering, marketing, and sales.
McIntosh joined Bullhorn in 2013, working in the London office as a Solution Consultant, before relocating back to Australia in 2015. In addition to his new role as general manager, McIntosh will remain the lead on the Solution Consulting team.

Over the past 18 months, Bullhorn has rapidly grown in the APAC region, increasing its revenue by more than 50 per cent. To ensure optimum performance levels in support of its growing regional client base, Bullhorn last year built a $1 million data centre in Singapore. Also during this time period, Bullhorn’s APAC team doubled in size and opened new offices in Sydney’s Central Business District (CBD) and Melbourne.
Building on the success of its recruitment conferences in Boston and London, Bullhorn will host its first ever recruitment event in Australia on 7th May 2019: Bullhorn Live Sydney. Given the enormous growth potential in the recruitment sector, Bullhorn Live Sydney will provide recruitment professionals from around the country with an opportunity to network with industry peers, learn about new trends and technologies, and share best practices.
