PMP Recruitment, part of Cordant Group, has restructured its senior management team to facilitate the next stage of the organisation’s development. Managing director Jamie Reynolds has made several key appointments which will set the business up for continued success in 2019.
After four successful years at PMP, operations director Neil Jacques will now assume the newly created role of strategic accounts director, heading up a new team of dedicated account relationship managers, in addition to the ‘perm development team’, PMP Solutions. As part of this move, Gordon Mitchell will take responsibility for Neil’s operational duties and will be closely working alongside Neil and the regional directors, to map out an optimal operational structure as the business embarks on the next stage of its growth.
Sarah Brogan, who has fulfilled the role of Amazon director since September 2017, will now take full responsibility for the Amazon contract including the branch dedicated network, reporting directly to Reynolds. Sarah, along with PMP’s National Resource Centre (NRC) director Kevin Porter, have been promoted to the company’s senior management team.
In addition to these new appointments, Reynolds has highlighted that PMP will be making a significant investment in its sales and marketing teams over the coming year, as well as focusing on the development of new service solutions.
Commenting on the news, Reynolds said: “It has been a very positive 2018 for PMP and these new appointments will ensure we are in a strong position as we embark on a brand-new year. I have absolute confidence that Neil, Gordon, Sarah and Kevin will continue to drive further improvements across the company. They each deserve these promotions and they will all play an important part in our future success.”
