Two of Robert Walters Group Asia Pacific businesses have been recognised as best workplaces. Robert Walters Japan feature in Great Place to Work Japan’s Best Workplaces list for the first time this year. The business achieved 16th position in the category of companies with 100 to 999 employees. The ranking is compiled based on empirical research carried out by Great Place to Work and judged by a committee of external experts. Each year, only the highest-scoring organisations are honoured as Best Workplaces.
Meanwhile Robert Walters Thailand has also been recognised as one of the best places to work in Thailand by the Best Places to Work programme.
The Thailand business was certified after a rigorous assessment process where outstanding scores were delivered across several aspects of the workplace such as leadership, culture, pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Stephen Edwards, chief marketing officer at Robert Walters, commented: “We’re extremely proud that two more of our businesses have been recognised as leading workplaces. This is testament to the dynamic and positive cultures our local teams have built.
“These awards also enable us to strengthen our focus on what more we can do to develop our working practices and ensure we continue to be an employer of choice,” he said.
